Our solution

From Fragmented Data
To Audit-Ready Reporting

Pillar Two compliance lives at the intersection of group financial data and constantly shifting national rules. Daribatech brings both into one system – so your GloBE position is calculated, allocated, and documented, not estimated.

  • Financial data from Qatar, the UAE, Bahrain and Oman flowing into a standardised dataset covering 120 jurisdictions, marked normalised, ready and validated.

    01

    Data Collection

Your group’s financial data is structured through a standardised template, entity by entity, jurisdiction by jurisdiction. Consistent intake means the numbers behind your GloBE position and top-up tax calculations are clean from day one – not reconciled the night before filing.

  • Input data checked against global minimum tax jurisdiction rules, QDMTT, IIR and UTPR, and marked Validated.

    02

    Jurisdiction Rules Applied

Company data meets the law. National Pillar Two implementation rules across 120+ jurisdictions – updated in real time as legislation lands – are applied to your structure, so every GloBE calculation reflects how each country has enacted the global minimum tax framework, not a generic model.

  • Effective tax rates by entity, Entity A 13.8%, Entity B 15.4% and Entity C 11.9%, with a global minimum tax top-up of AED 302,000.

    03

    GloBE Calculations

Effective tax rates (ETR) are computed by jurisdiction, with substance-based income exclusions (SBIE) applied and top-up tax identified wherever the 15% global minimum is not met. You see exactly where Pillar Two exposure sits – which entities, which jurisdictions, and how much.

  • Pillar Two top-up tax scenario modelling: Scenario A AED 120K, Scenario B AED 98K and Scenario C AED 143K, with Scenario C highlighted.

    04

    Allocation & Scenario Modelling

Top-up tax is allocated under QDMTT and IIR ordering rules, and alternative scenarios are modelled before anything is filed – so structural and financing decisions are made with Pillar Two consequences in front of you, not discovered after year-end close.

  • Pillar Two reporting diagram showing source data, calculations and an audit trail, marked ready.

    05

    The Result: Audit-Ready GloBE Reporting

The Pillar Two forms, QDMTT templates, and calculation memos required under the GloBE rules – with every figure traceable back through the calculation to your source data, and visual reporting your board, tax advisors, and auditors can all read.

Simplify The Global
Minimum Tax

Technology-enabled compliance – with the accuracy, coverage, and audit trail that a EUR 750M+ group needs.

  • Unified Visibility

One View Of Global Pillar Two Exposure

GloBE income, covered taxes, ETR, and top-up tax by jurisdiction – one dashboard instead of 40 spreadsheets. Your total Pillar Two position, the entities driving it, and the jurisdictions where the 15% threshold isn’t met, visible at a glance.

  • Scenario Planning

    Decide Before You File

Scenario modelling shows the Pillar Two and GloBE impact of structural and financing decisions before they are made. When the difference between jurisdictions is measured in top-up tax exposure, you want the calculation in the planning meeting – not at the filing deadline.

  • Always Current

GloBE Rules That Keep Themselves Current

Pillar Two legislation is still landing, jurisdiction by jurisdiction. A real-time regulatory intelligence feed tracks global minimum tax developments as they happen, and the rules engine updates as law changes – so your GloBE position never quietly goes stale.

  • Deadline Control

    Fewer Deadlines Missed, By Design

A centralised compliance calendar tracks Pillar Two, QDMTT, and IIR filing deadlines, regulatory events, and submission timelines across all your jurisdictions – one agenda for the whole group, filtered by entity or country.
