It does not cover personal data processed through our tax technology products or client platforms, which is governed by separate agreements with our customers.
Daribatech is a UAE-based tax technology company and a pre-approved Accredited Service Provider under the UAE Ministry of Finance e-invoicing framework, and the sole technology and implementation partner of RTC. Because our Website is accessible to visitors both inside and outside the UAE, this policy is designed to meet the requirements of the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (“UAE PDPL”) and, where applicable to visitors from the European Economic Area and United Kingdom, the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”).
